Osteria Emilia is a new "Red Sauce Supper Club" restaurant in La Crosse,  opened by the owners of SAGRA Food and Wine. It offers a blend of Italian-American comfort food and Midwest supper club nostalgia at the former Piggy's location. The menu features dishes like housemade meatballs, pasta alla vodka, and Italian beef sandwiches, complementing a supper club atmosphere with cocktails such as Negronis and Grasshoppers.
