Originating in Naples, Italy, Napoletana style pizza has been an Italian tradition for over 300 years, celebrated for its simplicity and fresh ingredients. At Oakfire, each Neapolitan pizza is wood-fired at 1000 degrees in their imported Stefano Ferrara ovens. Their pies, along with the rest of their from-scratch menu options, are made with both locally sourced and imported Italian ingredients and served with our most important ingredient: Passion.
