With over 200 certified organic farms in Vernon County alone, The Driftless Café, under the guidance of James Beard nominated chef ('17) Luke Zahm, harnesses the vast bounty and passion of the local farming community.

The dinner menu changes nightly and often isn’t finalized until early in the afternoon, allowing the chefs to fully utilize their seasonal focus and freshness in crafting menu concepts.
