Braise Restaurant & Culinary School

Milwaukee's first community supported restaurant features locally sourced ingredients from over 40 farms in Wisconsin. Craft cocktails, hand selected wine list, patio seating, private dining, rooftop garden, cooking classes.Unique to Wisconsin’s cooking school scene is the Braise Culinary School. Classes will be in lecture format featuring local experts on topics such as wine, coffee, beer, honey, cheese...we'll even have farmers as well. Some classes will be taught by our very own Chef Dave Swanson. Dogs welcome in our patio area.
