Marieke® Gouda is an award-winning signature cheese handmade with passion in Thorp, WI. Visit the store, farm and cheesemaking facility to see all stages of the cheesemaking process. Free self-guided tours year-round during business hours and guided tours are available June through the end of August. Guided tours include samples!

Plus you can stop at Café DUTCHess for their farm-style breakfast, lunch, and GOUDAlicious appetizers. Take a seat at one of the rustic tables and survey the aging room where their award-winning Gouda is made. Or, during warmer months, take a seat outside and gaze across the scenic farm!
