Our passion is for bikes and a fit lifesyle.

We rent bikes! Cruise on a Specialized Roll; enjoy riding on a tandem with a friend; find your speed on a road bike or take to the beach on a Fat bike. A trailer and tug-a-bug are also available if you have small children that want to enjoy the ride, too. 

Yoga is a great way to cross-train, improve your balance, strength and flexibility. All students are welcome from beginners to advanced practitioners seeking to deepen their knowledge and enhance their lives through yoga.
